SENIOR MINISTER
Kerry Basinger has served as Senior Minister at Salina Heights since November of 2008.  He originally came to Salina Heights in the Fall of 1992 as we were looking for a part-time Worship Leader to help us create an environment of authentic worship.  After graduating from Manhattan Christian College in 1994, a full-time position was created where Kerry also served as the Youth & Family Life Minister.   He and his wonderful wife JaNae are the proud parents of Miranda, Kamdon, Reagan, Branson and Shepard.  As the leader of this great body of believers Kerry seeks to deepen our sense of Biblical Community through weekly Worship, Connection Groups, Ministry Teams and Missions.

OFFICE ADMINSTRATOR
Vera Lu Pollard has a long and rich history with Salina Heights. Her father, Paul Hesser, ministered here from 1972-1986. Before she and her husband Ray moved back to Salina from Kansas City, Vera worked with the National Center for Fathering as an accounts payable clerk and attended Legacy Christian Church in Overland Park.  Vera began volunteering in January 2013 with our Connection Team.  When this position opened in May the Lord confirmed through a variety of sources that Vera was to be our next Office Administrator.  Vera is the loving wife of Ray Pollard, mother and very proud of her many grandchildren.

Her favorite verse is:   2 Thes. 2:16-17  16 May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, 17 encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.
